This is a custom built scooter. It is brand new & never been ridden Made by Royce Union, it is a "No Limits" model. Powered by a brand new 25cc Homelite 2 cycle motor. The top speed averages 18-22mph depending on your weight. It also has caliper brakes like the kind you find on a 10 speed bike. The direct drive shaft turns against the rear tire for power. You push it to start it, slow to a stop & the motor cuts off. It has a thumb throttle like you find on wave runners & is spring loaded. No holes were drilled into the tubular parts of the frame (which can weaken it).
