Motor size: cc Wheel size: 12.5inches Frame type: Bought Drive type: Spindle Ratio: Boat Roller Top Speed: 30-35kph this is my scooter that me and my mate built i got the scooter from a market and the black and Decker motor was just lying around. it's spindle driven the spindle is a boat roller off a boat trailer it is easily started by just pushing along with the need of a pull string but having the disadvantage of not being able to idle for it has no clutch. it's top speed is around 30-35 km. under the deck it has two orange led lights powered by two rechargable AA batteries with get recharged by the solar panel which can be seen in one of the pictures. the lights give a pretty cool effect in the night.so far the scooter has cost me $13
